Guide on how to share your internet without router in Windows Xp

Setting your own WiFi is so easy. This is for beginner who want to learn to setup there own WiFi spot without needing a router. Read carefully the steps below on how to do it. There is no harmful effect on your computer unless you do not follow the instructions carefully. I tested it many times on my computer and using it for a long time for file sharing and network gaming with my neighbors.
What you will need:
1. At least two WiFi capable laptop or desktop with wifi dongle
2. Windows Xp operating system
Steps:
1. Go to Start>Control Panel. As shown in image below.
2. Select Network Connections and double click it.
3. Choose your WiFi networks adapter. As shown in figure below. Right click and choose properties in the menu option.
4. Now go to wireless networks tab.
5. Click Add. In Network name (SSID), Type in your network name like mine I named it to " My Wifi Spot", Unchecked the key is provided for me automatically. Type in your password for your wifi in network key and confirm key. Check the This is a computer to computer (ad-hoc) network: wireless access points are not used. Leave the other setting untouch and click ok.
6. You're done. Now you can go to system tray and locate your wifi adapter and choose your WiFi and click connect. Enjoy your wifi sharing experience with your neigbors.
